Cornish Dreaming (Large)

£695.00

Loosely based on and inspired by the stunning rugged Cornish coastline, I hope this piece shows the beauty and energy above, and across the horizon. This piece is painted with gently sweeping brush strokes for the sky, and a complementary sharp palette knife texture for the rocky coastline.

Skies are simply beautiful, changeable, and so colourful; and painting them in all their intensity, is something I will always love. A deeply rich and intense piece, with a stunning, inspirational and emotional blend of hues forming an inspirational seascape.

“Art washes away from the soul, the dust of everyday life.” Picasso

Mel works on artist quality canvas', and the paints are deeply textured and high grade. Mel Graham studied at Nottingham University BA (Hons) and Cardiff University MSc (Econ), and has travelled widely at home and abroad. Her studio is located in Nottingham, UK, with viewings by appointment.  She lives with her long suffering husband, two active teenagers, three fluffy guinea pigs, a mad hamster and some docile fish.
