Originally from the Fashion industry I worked in Design and Brand Management in many parts of the world for some very interesting famous labels. My father was a successful artist and I spent much of my youth being tutored by him in a classic traditional style. This was invaluable but my desire was to be much more cutting edge and far more contemporary. I experimented with thickened oil and no longer used brushes. The result I think is a unique style which is probably down to using only my left hand fingers ( Surgical Gloves ) and a knife in my right hand. I now sell worldwide but the majority of my work is working on commissions for both private and corporate clients.
