Norfolk (Landscape)

This sweeping skyscape is the latest in my series and at 24” by 24” it is a perfect statement piece. It has taken many hours of work and been built up over a few weeks with numerous glazes in acrylic and oil, creating subtle colour effects. Norfolk is one of my favourites and depicts a small coastal community at eventide with the seagulls circling overhead as the day comes to a close. This is an atmospheric, calm and relaxing image.
The sides are painted dark blue and there are no visible tacks or staples, so framing before hanging is unnecessary. It is protected against dust and UV by two coats of varnish, so the colours will not fade.
The painting comes signed and dated by the artist with a Certificate of Authenticity. And will be despatched by a Next Day Courier service, so that you will know when to expect it to arrive. Alternatively you can have it delivered to your workplace.

I graduated from a British university and have also won awards for poetry which has been published in North America, Europe, India and Britain. I use a variety of art media including watercolour, acrylic and oil and my themes include landscapes, sea views, flowers and abstract design. Some of my recent work has a dream like quality and is born from our rich cultural heritage of myths, legends and poetry which evoke feelings of mystery and enchantment.
