Tresco Abbey Gardens are located on the island of Tresco in the Isles of Scilly. The 17 acre gardens were established by the nineteenth-century proprietor of the islands, Augustus Smith, originally as a private garden within the grounds of the home he designed and built. This sub-tropical garden has a myriad of exotic plants, many of which would stand no chance of survival even on the Cornish mainland less than 30 miles away. All in all, the tropical garden is home to more than 20,000 species of plants from 80 countries, ranging from Brazil to New Zealand and Burma to South Africa.
This mounted Giclee print will fit a ready made frame.
