Village in Bay at Sunset

This acrylic on canvas is on one level a landscape of a village overlooking a bay at sunset, with yachts returning home after a days sailing. On another level it is a semi abstract painting exploring the contrast of the geometric shapes and blocks of flat colour of the village with the organic flowing nature of the sea, hills and clouds.
The picture comes ready to hang. It is signed and dated on the side and on the rear stretcher bar which is also titled. A certificate of authenticity will be issued with the painting.
