Alastair Campbell-Binning

Alastair studied art at the West Surrey College of Art & Design, Farnham and Richmond-upon-Thames College, London. After a spell in Sweden he went on to become the senior colour artist and studio manager of the world’s largest publisher of fine art engravings turning freelance in 2005 to concentrate on his own work.  He is a figurative/abstract figurative landscape artist painting mainly in oils. He is drawn to bare landscapes where the sky features prominently making use of line, spatial elements and colour to create an atmospheric mood. He has exhibited at various galleries including London and New York and is currently represented by a gallery in Virginia, USA.
